    Role: Oversees all board functions, chairs meetings, acts as primary spokesperson, and ensures the organization’s goals are being met.

  • Incumbent: Marshall Rector

    Role: Supports the President and assumes leadership when necessary. Handles member recruitment, renewals, engagement, and member database upkeep.

  • Incumbent: Rob Bunch

    Role: Maintains meeting minutes, board documentation, bylaws, and handles official correspondence. Should also be responsible for maintaining records of votes, board terms, and meeting agendas. Consider using shared cloud storage for documentation.

  • Incumbent: Chris Pfaff
    Role: Manages the budget, financial reporting, and banking. Prepares financial reports and ensures compliance with nonprofit or legal financial guidelines.

    Role: Oversees the website, social media, and other marketing materials. Coordinates design and promotional materials. Plans social and fundraising events.

    Role: Builds partnerships, attends city/community meetings, and connects with other local orgs, businesses, and nonprofits.

    Role: Organizes community cleanups, write neighborhood improvement grants, and is the liasion with the Terre Haute Parks Department and public Works.

    • Attend Area Planning Committee, Board of Zoning Appeals, and City Council planning hearings

    • Track zoning variances, demolitions, developments

    • Manage 311 system reporting and follow-ups

    • Report on infrastructure issues (sidewalks, potholes, code)

    Role: Works with local law enforcement and neighbors to encourage neighborhood safety.

    • Coordinates National Night Out, block captains, lighting audits, etc.

    • Shares safety tips/news in newsletters or social posts

    • Builds relationships with the local police liaison or community officer
